“We’re here to be worshipers first and workers only second. God meant that a Christian should learn to be a worshiper, and after that he can learn to be a worker.” AW Tozer

What to expect on Sunday

Our church family is composed of young and old with a mixture of families, couples and singles of different colors and cultures. We value our diversity and celebrate the different cultures that God has brought together at Birmingham International Church. Dress ranges form casual to formal and each should feel comfortable in their attire.

Sunday Morning Worship

Our Worship is designed with experiencing the presence of God as our central focus. This is facilitated through singing, prayer, Scripture reading, giving and teaching from the Bible. Our worship service is interactive and the service varies in length.

The First Sunday of Every Month

The first Sunday of every month is a highlight for us. We have a combined worship service with Agape – our Hispanic brothers & sisters and with Choe Dea – our Korean brothers and sisters. At the conclusion of the worship service we invite you to join us for conversation andĀ a meal together. This is a great time to meet people from around the world and taste foods from different countries.

We have a visitor reception area where more information about church and the Christian & Missionary AllianceĀ  can be found.
